Moving cracks, active water entry, structural problems, contamination and use outside the specified conditions may affect coverage. Discuss existing issues during the slab assessment.
Care and return to use
Follow the product-specific cure schedule and care guidance supplied at handover. Keep your quote, warranty and maintenance instructions together.
Reporting a concern
